OPERATION METHOD

The waste to be removed is analyzed in the laboratory and provides us with the appropriate amounts of chemicals to be used in the treatment.

A visit to the site is necessary to determine the actual place of each equipment, the global configuration of the line, the flows and all the essential data.

Each case is executed differently, depending on the construction materials of the equipments and lines. When these materials are known, the procedure determines what kind of acids and corrosion inhibitors will be used to assure the metal protection during the chemical cleaning process, and the further passivation.

The chemicals used depend on the type of cleaning being performed: organic or inorganic acids, corrosion inhibitors, alkalis, surfactants, etc. Products that are already tested and guaranteed by their manufacturer.

Preparation of a specific work instruction, that describes the basic actions and the safety measures to be taken.

During the work execution, a technician supervises the whole action, while at the same time grabs and analyzes samples and measures any parameter that is necessary to stabilize the process.
